Tier Detail & Bridge Request
Mammuthus Everyday Protection
How Bridge Requests Work
Bridge Support is designed for eligible one-time hardship events involving essential expenses. Members get immediate access to the Mammuthus financial tool when they join, and financial bridge support becomes available after 90 days of continuous, active membership.
- Not a loan and does not require repayment
- Not insurance and membership does not guarantee approval
- Eligibility-based and subject to program rules, documentation, limits, and available capacity
What you should know first
These are the core rules that apply before a Bridge Request can be considered.
What you get right away
You get immediate access to the Mammuthus financial tool when you join.
When support becomes available
Financial bridge support becomes available after 90 days of continuous, active membership.
Membership must be active
Your membership must be active both when you submit a Bridge Request and when support is issued.
Bridge Request rules and requirements
Bridge Requests are reviewed within program rules, tier limits, documentation requirements, and available program capacity.
Rolling 12-month period
Each tier includes a maximum number of Bridge Requests you can submit in a rolling 12-month period. A rolling 12 months means the prior 12 months counted backward from the date you submit your request.
Category-specific limits
Some categories include additional limits. For example, utilities may be limited to a set number of Bridge Requests each year.
Cooling-off rule
You may submit no more than one Bridge Request per category every 30 days unless tier rules state otherwise.
Pre-approval requirements
Pre-approval is required when the expected payment exceeds: Tier 1: $150, Tier 2: $300, Tier 3: $450.
Documentation required
Documentation may include a bill, invoice, receipt, estimate, shutoff notice, statement, or other proof of expense. Bridge Requests without required documentation are not eligible for approval.
Payment method depends on tier
Payment is issued using the method allowed under your tier and appropriate for the expense type, including vendor payment and/or direct deposit where allowed.
Important notes
These rules apply to all Bridge Support activity.
Approval is not guaranteed
Membership fees do not guarantee approval of any Bridge Request or issuance of financial bridge support.
Eligibility-based support
All support is issued only for Bridge Requests that meet eligibility review, documentation rules, tier limits, and available program capacity.
Program type
This program is not a loan and not insurance.

Groceries Gap Support and Verified Gap-Fill
These features help eligible members cover essential needs when there is a verified gap.
What this is
These features help cover essential needs when there is a verified gap, such as falling short after paying essential household expenses or when a confirmed overpayment or shortfall affects the ability to cover necessities like groceries.
When it’s available
Available after the 90-day waiting period for outside-tool payments and always subject to tier limits, eligibility review, documentation requirements, and program rules.
How eligibility is determined
- Income timing and deposits
- Essential household expenses
- Proof of shortage or mismatch
- Supporting bills, receipts, statements, or equivalent documents
How payment works
Payment method follows tier rules and the expense type. Payment is issued through approved methods, including merchant or vendor payment where available, to support essential needs.
These requests must also fit within your per-request cap, your rolling 12-month total cap, and your total number of allowed Bridge Requests.
